A brief update on something that caught me off guard in late 2022.
Google Business activated an automated response feature on business profiles — including mine. This means that questions submitted through the Google Business listing were, for a period, being answered by an automated bot rather than me directly.
I’ve since disabled this and made sure all enquiries route to me personally. If you sent a message through Google in late 2022 and got a response that seemed oddly generic or unhelpful, that was why. I apologise for any confusion.
The right way to reach me is always through the website contact form or directly via Instagram. I respond to every genuine enquiry personally — that’s not going to change.
This is also a reminder of why I prefer the vcbjj.com contact form over any platform-mediated channel. Platforms change their features without warning. The website is mine.
